Benefits

Q.  What benefits does Hurley offer?
A. Full time employees and those working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and prescription drug insurances. In addition, employees may supplement these generous benefits with additional life insurance, medical and childcare spending accounts and long term care.

Q. As a new hire, how long do I need to work before I’m covered?
A. Eligible employees are covered as of the first month following their hire date if hired on or before the 20th day of the month. If hired after the 20th, they are covered as of the first day of the 2nd month following their hire date.

Q. How can I plan for retirement?
A. Hurley offers both a generous defined contribution plan as well as a pension plan for some job groups.

Q.  How much time off is offered at Hurley?
A. Hurley offers a combination of vacation, personal, holiday and sick time to ensure employees have the ability to balance their work and personal needs. In addition, should disaster strike and you become injured or have an extended illness, short term disability and long term disability insurances are offered.

Q. Does Hurley offer tuition reimbursement if I take courses to advance my career?
